While collections of cars offered for sale as a package deal aren’t rare, seldom do you see one that comes with a house. That’s the case here, though we don’t get to see the abode in the photos nor does the seller tell us about it. While there are two dozen cars photographed, only 20 are listed for sale and those are what comes as a package deal, The seller is not interested in breaking up the set. Located in Buena Vista, Michigan, this outdoor assortment is offered for $300,000 including the house here on craigslist. Thanks for the tip, Chuck Foster!
While most everything you see is priced as a solo deal, the seller expresses interest in renting a tire machine/1055 balancer with fewer than 1,000 balances on it. The seller also goes on to say that the package could change at any time (why?) and some of the stuff included is not listed. A rather interesting way to seal a deal. If any of this has appeal to our readers, they’ll have to contact the seller to see if you can get him to change his mind. There seem to be more drop-tops than anything else featured.

There is some smart buyin goin on there.
That is the most convoluted ad I’ve ever read! Sounds like he needs a public auction and not a Craig’s list ad. Makes me laugh that despite what they are selling they might rent the house for a wheel and tire balancer if I understand correctly and that the package might change at any time.
I agree. I read that line about the house and the rent and the tire thing probably 6 times before I gave up trying to tease out what he was trying to say. lol
Does the “ex-wife” come with the house? If so, NO THANKS
Your passing on an ex-Playboy model!
I know I’m awful, but when I read,
“READ THIS AD BEFORE CALLING IT’S A PACKAGE DEAL…WE ARE NOT TAKEING CARS OUT OF THIS PACKAGES”
it tells me oh so much about the person that wrote the ad and what that tells me is not so good.
Strangely written ad. I wonder what they are REALLY trying to say?
How about the word SCAM?
You may be correct. For a bunch of cars that come with a house it seems they would be all on the same property. From the looks of the pictures it seems like the cars are on different locations
What are they trying to say??? I think its clear that IF YOU ARE REMOTELY INTERESTED CALL AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO SEE IN PERSON…….AND OH YEAH DON’T BE A SNAKE AND WASTE MY TIME IF YOUR ONLY MOTIVE IS TO BUY ONE CAR!! What’s NOT to understand? Duh!
Too bad people can’t read or understand an ad. Those without $300K laying around and or the ones with no interested pick the ad apart and quick to assume the seller has a problem. Try listing anything on CL or FB and see how thick your skin is? Lots of stupid people and picture collectors that NEVER get out of their computer chair.
I think it’s one hellified collection of GM vehicles. Good luck to the seller which may be his wife and wants it all gone. Great idea. Has some stones for sure.
It would be nice to show the house, though.
If all these cars go for the mentioned price I wonder what the house looks like
Neighbors should be happy with this.
Not if the buyer is also a car enthusiast!
I’m thinking the Malibu wagon tells you all about the condition of the house, and that $300 thou gets you a tear down.
very interesting would check it out if i were local i wonder what property values are like in this area .
Good deal at for $225K! Sell the Buena Vista, Michigan house in a sleepy hollow town. The cars are worth close to $80- plus car parts and equipment.
Seems like there are cars parked at different houses. To get the real story, we’d need to talk to the wife. Then we can dicker.
mercury!!! then we can “dick-er”” good one!!
